I recall my mother telling me that, when I was born, my horoscope said I would have so many interests in so many different directions, if I wasn't guided with a strong hand, I'd fritter away my life & not accomplish anything. I wasn't... & I did... (I also had a guidance counselor in high school who told me I was going to be a bum!) So the advice I'd give myself, in my late teens, is to try to focus on a single area of interest & dedicate myself to it instead of being blown this-way-&-that by every breeze that stirred over the years...
