I'm pretty much over it. I floated a trial balloon about stopping meds both at home and on my blog, and the disapproval was overwhelming. I also remembered how I felt the time I neglected to take my APs---next day I pretty much experienced the entire bipolar spectrum. I don't ever want to feel that way again, so I don't know what got into me this time. I've been at least a little hypomanic since late February, maybe this was mania knocking at my door. Whatever the reason, the urge to experiment is less and I don't really even want to mess with my hair anymore.
