I came here for the same reason. People don't try to understand what bipolar people go through or maybe they just don't care. I am really having a hard time with my spouse. I don't know how to get him to understand. We've been together for 6yrs now. We have a 20yr old and 4yr old. So we got back together from a break up(mydoing).
I just need to vent to people that get it
