Find something that you genuinely enjoy and do that.
I found CrossFit and I did that about 4 times a week for awhile (until money ran dry because it's so flippin' expensive!)...but I also enjoy running, so I try to do that a few times a week. I'm recovering from an ankle sprain though, so I won't be running anytime soon, and I miss weights, so I'm planning on joining Planet Fitness and trying to go workout either before or after work since it's at the mall and I work at the mall 3-4x a week.
