I know how it sux in the UK.

I was abused by my mothers pdoc. I had councelling for 6 sessions a few yearsback - useless. Then I went to group therpay - useless. Then I went back to a concellor at the doctors for 12 sessions - useless.

Eventually afew weeksago,I went to Rape crisis, nothing to do with our healthcare system andfound a fantastic trained psychotherapist who is an absolute gem and understands me so well. It's the first time in my life someone understands me totally as she has been through the same and I wish you luck fuzzy.
