Both anxiety & depression can cause anger or irritability.

Things aren't going the best for me. I wrote this at the end of a month long episode. I usually deal fairly well with anxiety and depression fairly well but something switched about a month ago where every symptom spiked causing a psychotic like state where anything and everything set me off and was so loud inside my head I couldn't even think. I didn't notice until yesterday morning when I woke up it was completely quiet. It's consistent with another disorder but I'm not going to dig any farther. Definitely going to bring it up at my DA. Thanks for your input
