(((Passion)))

I don't know what to say except that I've been there, and I have been committed for simple self harm (not suicidal)...They let me out the next day because they knew I wasn't suicidal.

Speaking as someone who has a little bit of time between their last SH and today...It could be to your benefit to go inpatient for a few days and learn some coping skills. Or maybe you could use this fear of being committed to your benefit because if you do cut, you might get committed, so best not to cut.

I'm just trying to think of ways to help you stop the cutting behaviors.

Why do you want to keep your cutting tools so badly? Do you want to continue cutting? Can you not think of a life without self harm? There are so many better ways to deal with your anger and other emotions rather than taking them out on yourself.

I know you don't want to be hospitalized, so I hope that turns out in your favor. But I hope you'll also start to accept the help to get you to stop harming yourself and start loving yourself.
