Hey girl .....my best wishes go out to you on this day. I understand how this has probably has effected you because the same thing happened to me. Anniversaries are probably the worst of the worst, I usually hang out between the bed and the bathtub on those days. If you can try to distract yourself as much as you can. Remember this is just one day and it's just memories which can't hurt you.
