And I never ever thought that most therapists over here are not helpful. To most people they take on. A lot of people are fobbed off ... wrongly... by GPS That is what I object to most.
I do think thats true of more psychiatrists than therapists... but again who knows. I am often wrong. Sigh

Personally, I saw a psychiatrist who I thought was caring within the limitations of his budget. But when I asked if I could see him more often than every couple of months, he said "there is no point". So I changed my mind.

And I have disclosed way more information than I originally wanted to re. this. (tothe "whole planet". Not mad at anyone except for ME.
