Anyone have experience with seeing a T during my school year, but then not being able to have appointments for two months during the summer while I'm working an internship?

I'm trying to figure out what to do. My options are pretty limited (can't really take a long lunch break or come in late in the mornings with an internship), and wondering if I should switch to someone who does evenings or weekends?
