Sounds like a good reason to me.
I don't know that I would call in emotional nourishment -- usually it was emotionally draining -- productive, but draining.
I would say the time of going to therapy was definitely "me" time though. It was something I did for me and with the expressed purpose of improving my well-being, and it definitely accomplished that for me. For me it was more of a mental and emotional work-out (which is good because I hate physically working out so at least I was exercising something

).
