Hello. Have you told a mental health professional about this? This seems to be impacting your life a lot. I told my pdoc about my OCD things when I started severely handwashing, which made me think it was OCD, but there were a lot of signs before that moment.

Things that help with OCD thoughts are medication, usually at higher doses, and/or CBT to help replace these thoughts with thoughts you can deal with. Like, instead of thinking that you are pregnant, thinking about how much you love your boyfriend or something like that. That was a bad example, sorry.

The only thing to help compulsions is to tell yourself to not do them. Don't engage with them. Like, maybe wear gloves so you don't scratch yourself? Cut your nails shorter?

It would be advisable to bring this up with a mental health professional and get proper treatment. Hope this helps .
