With the food tactile issues, I have an issue with peas. I cannot stand the feeling of the mushiness of the peas. My brother used to have issues with mashed potatoes as a kid but he grew out of his problem, I never have and I'm a senior now.

As far as I can remember I have always suffered with the skin issue but I have been stressed today so it may be worth me perhaps keeping a diary of when if happens and how I was feeling, thankyou.
As for peas I completely understand, I can't eat cooked peas. However again for as far back as I can remember I would pinch and eat frozen peas so can definitely know it is not the flavor that I dislike. My parents even asked doctors about whether they should stop or encourage the behavior they were told that actually the way I prefer them is slightly better as you don't lose any goodness to the water
I just had a brain storm moment..... I wonder if my food issues could be linked to having to have speech therapy as a very small child ?
