Does anyone else find that if you hold off from SI then your attention span just goes... I can't seem to focus on anything if I hold off for a couple of days, not sure if its related or not but after I SI I feel like I can concentrate better for the next day.. Maybe it's because it doesn't play on my mind so much and therefore it doesn't distract me.. But whatever, anyone get this?
