I actually recently gave T1 an old picture to hold onto for me. I don't know if she put it in my file or what she did with it, all I knew was I didn't want it to stare at right now, but didn't want to get rid of it either. It was a reminder of a time of something pretty severe in my life, and trauma that has recently been retriggered by running into an abuser recently. This picture of myself (at around 13 with my brother and sister) was something I couldn't leave alone, but something I didn't want to keep looking at either.
