I got home from the doc's office and he thought that for some reason my blood pressure dropped suddenly and I passed out. He told me next time I get dizzy like that I am to sit down immediately. He told me that if my dizziness didn't go away soon he was going to send me to a cardiologist and let them have their way with me. He looked in my ears and said my ears look fine so no ear infection he suspects something with my heart. Great just some thing else for me to worry about.
