Usually I am fidgety in session, zipping my jacket zipper, fiddling with my ring or watch, or something. Sometimes I am self-comforting, rubbing my forearm, smoothing non-existent wrinkles from my slacks or jeans...

Tonight in session I talked a HEAP and at one point I noticed that T had ahold of a ribbon-like tie to her dress and, while listening intently, was absent-mindedly rubbing it between her thumb and forefinger!!
