I was finally glad to know that there was a name associated to what I was feeling. I went for
years wondering what was wrong guy with me? Why did I act this way? Why do I feel like this? Why me?! Once I got a diagnosis, I was like, thank you!! It all made sense. I just don't make a big deal about it when talking to other people. Others don't know if you are stabilized unless you tell them. It's when people see you during an episode is when people look at you funny.
