I have many techniques that are temporary. the voices try to come back loud but cannot now. First i visualized/feel the sound "mapping" flattening. Then i tried to grip just behind the right ear there is a fleshy lump and i twisted and pulled. i mentally reached out and the female voice quietly said "im not in you" but thats all ive heard so far. if you havent done any blocking, i reccommend that too.
