Hi all. It's me again.. So I usually have these episodes where I don't want to go to therapy. Sometimes I'll be excited to go and other times, like now, I dread the upcoming session.
The only reason I could think of not wanting to go is because I finally have the nerve to tell her what it bugging me and do some exposure to help me get over the fear I have been living with for years.
I am thinking of cancelling but again, I know that won't help the situation.
Any words of encouragement you can give? Have you guys been in a similar situation and how did you force yourself to go to the session?
