I get dysphoric mania more often than regular mania.
Basically, I become VERY agitated and I'm literally pissed off 100% of the time. I also have a decreased need for sleep and I tend to be hyper. The combination of hyperactivity and agitation is really bad... it leads me to do reckless things that I otherwise normally wouldn't do. I get in a "I don't f**king care, get out of my way" mood.
