Did he grow up in a large family? I am like that too, although not to that degree. My brothers used to take my stuff when I wasn't around and ultimately ended up breaking them. I was in a single parent family and my mom worked a full and a part time job to support us so there was no money to replace the stuff they broke. My wife calls me **** with the way I take care of my stuff. I have cordless power tools that I don't want to use because I don't want to mess them up.
