I was apparently diagnosed with depression in college but did not know it. I was not getting therapy Meds etc after college. I was diagnosed bipolar at age 28 after only sleepy two to three hrs a night for a month! I lost 20lbs that month and was delusional for like 6 months after. It sucked. I was diagnosed when my mom brought me to the hospital for help. So next time you are having a really bad hypomanic stretch I would seek help.
