I would think that's why your therapist wants to known when you get stressed--so that she can help you learn ways to lessen your reaction to fearful situations and thoughts.
It's taken me a long time to learn that dumping data on a therapist doesn't resolve my panic or stress. It only risks increasing my distress. Going slow and taking it easy is how you learn to get your sea legs in the world, where there are stressors everywhere (as you already know).

Thats what my T said too. She said that learning these tools will help once I finally open up. Things should be going well, I'm glad my T is really slow and patient with me because it lets me build up more trust with her.
