Oh wow Chalm.....wow.....I can't think of anything to say other than that. Geez...on top of everything else you've been through and now this. I can totally understand your wanting to protect your friend. It sounds like its more his decision then the lawyers. I hope they don't badger you for the information. It sounds like they need this guy to make their case, but that isn't your responsibilty. Maybe you can talk to your friend and give him the lawyers phone number, then you can tell the lawyer that your friend has the contact info and its out of your hands. That way, the pressure is off of you. Do what you need to take care of yourself.....I am so sorry you are going through this; I wish there was more I could say.
