I've gained about a hundred pounds since going on serious meds 20 years ago. I'm 5'3" and now weigh 215 pounds. I'm a 50 year old woman. I recently went to see my doctor about weight-neutral meds as i am on Seroquel but he said he wasn't optimistic that a change to an alternate AP would help as they are all weight-gainers as a class. I love Seroquel -- i sleep so well and am coming up on a year without a hm -- haven't gone this long ever! I've decided to put up with the weight gain. I was thin and fit and pretty until i was 30 -- that's more than some women get!
