I've never heard of these (except Melatonin for sleep) do doctors approve of their use? My neurologist once prescribed me to take Melatonin. I read it can have effects on hormones or something and I stopped. I never noticed a difference in being able to sleep. I'm currently very interested in natural supplements for mood and wellness. I'm taking fish oil and vitamin D currently and need to get some magnesium supplements once I figure out the dose.
