From a legal stand point you do not owe them to reproduce the affidavits that your brother and yourself had done. But from the Lawyers point of view is that if they somehow misplaced they will need you to provide at the minimum the affidavits again.

From the firefighters standpoint ( witness ) if there comes a settlement from this class action suit they will need his testimony to include that it was your dog involved in this crime .

Here is the kicker and a question i would want to know

For this lawsuit to happen who is the defendant ? Because if it is the sheriff's department there must be negilgence by the department not by an rogue cop.

What I am saying is Was there a directive by this department that says to execute all stranded animals ?? That is gross negligence on thier part. If it is a single officer the dept will protect him but also leave him out to dry too.

The attached video is damning evidence against Officer Minto but still doesnt tie the death of cleo to this officer. Also I will assume that the body of cleo was discarded therefore cause of death will be unknown unless witness comes up to complete the report.
