totally unrelated to anything else on the couch right now but then I am just feeling like a person apart from the world at the moment, all DAY today I have been filled with an un-nameable anger; some hateful, vile, horrible, boiling kind of rage that has no reason for being and I don't know what in God's name I am supposed to do with feeling like that. It is easing up a bit since I got home from work, so I am glad for that. But there is no acceptable outlet for this (well except for possibly banging on my drum as hard as I can, but I'd worry about breaking it) and so I must just let it burn itself out inside of me I suppose. Sigh.
