Thank you all. I just got off the phone with kelly in the attorney generals office. I told her I couldnt do it and my brother said the same. She said they have the witness accounts we filled out last year and will only present it if necessary. She said she appreciates the honesty and they are having the problem of many others not wanting to go further with it either. Which made me feel even worse. But, she said they will not push any of us to do something we arent able to. She said they have some who are willing to go ahead and everything will be fine, for us not to feel bad.

to answer you tymber. The street shootings arent a class action. Its Pasado's Safe Haven and the La attorney generals office against the officers. There are 9 total. two who have already been indicted. I hear the massacre that happened at the schools are a class action, but we arent involved in that suit.

There has been evidence proven that a seargent in the sheriffs office did exacute the orders to murder. Last i heard he is still with the sheriffs office working on desk duty.

My friend, the fireman, witnessed cleo being shot. He tried to stop them but was threatened with his life. I can't talk more about that, hurts to much.
