im sorry if i dont make sense i feel 100 percent unreal right now and yet i feel i am breaking into a million billion pieces. i have ptsd and i had a horrible day and the flashbacks wont end and i dont usualy dissociate this bad but i really need help, please, anybody, prety please if somebody can talk me thru this
