Hi, Chocopiano. Remember that most people don't post photos on social media of events where they're feeling down or crappy. Everyone only posts the positive ones, so it can lead people who view the photos to think everyone's life is better than theirs. My therapist calls this "compare and despair." It might be worthwhile disabling your account for a few days or a week to see if you feel any better, and reaching out to your friends on the telephone (the old fashioned way, I know).
