I don't know anything about your situation, but just from what I know in my experience, the people around us may just not know what to do. I know my husband cares and has tried many things to help me out of the goodness of his heart, but I think he has come to the realization that I need more help and support than he can give me and he needs to take care of his emotional needs to.
