Hi adashofhope: Nary a day goes by the Skeezyks doesn't consider the possibility. And he's made a few attempts in the past... I just keep it all to myself. My spouse doesn't want to hear about & doesn't know what to do with it. And besides... there's nothing anyone can do about it. It just is what it is.
Suicidal thinking must not be taken lightly. It's great you've brought this up with your therapist. Definitely talk more in-depth about it at your next appointment!
