my point maybe if you start your meds now it will calm things down a bit on the psychotic problems. and your doctors can have a follow up appointment for you before you have to leave. they can write out a schedule of when you need to take the meds and give you a statement to carry along with you while you are in italy showing medical \mental need for it. then you wont need anyone else to monitor your meds while in Italy, other than a teacher checking in with you to make sure you took the meds on time.
I am a drug abuser. I am not hiding nor will I lie, I am addicted to any type of drug. Just knowing that I will have a medicine with me that is not just a migraine medicine or other type of small and "normal" medicine will get me to over-dose. I know myself very well. Even now while I am on Atarax I cannot have it with me. My mam has it. I had the box with me just one day, and this one day I drank about 3 or 4 pills while I am supposed to drink 1 in the night and 1/2 in the morning.. I cannot have any type of drug with me and be left alone with it. Plus because this will be my official medicine for a while and it is my first (again without Atarax) and because the diagnosis is not a final I think it would be good having some kind of doctor to watch over me.
