If you get your tooth pulled, you can have small pieces of bone that chipped off that come through the skin. It's normal, and that's probably what it is.

There are so many things wrong with me, and sometimes I believe there is more than what is diagnosed. I fear never healing, being left alone to crawl this heartless, cruel world.
