If lucid dreaming is psychosis, I'm in trouble. I have vivid, real life like dreams almost nightly and have since childhood. I wake my husband up crying, whimpering or kicking frequently. Sometimes I wake up kinda and try to wake up all the way but can't. I just assumed this was my normal and not psychosis . I'm sorry you suffer with this too.
