1. Figure out what causes your anxiety, how to better express and explain, and what your anxiety causes, which is the root cause and what can be done about that before focusing on anything else
2. Figure out why you do what you do, to do it in moderation, more deliberately and increasingly better (prepared)
3. Try to focus on your emotions, not your thoughts, to dissociate, desensitise and control them
4. Try to stay humble when manic and mimic your humble manic behaviour when depressed
5. Don't interact with people when severely depressed
6. Look for the right balance of stimulation, challenges, risks and maximise freedom/independence while learning to live with, accepting, dependence
7. Prioritise activities based on the chance of increased independence, in three separate groups, one for depression, one for mania and one for stability
