Hi. I'm trying to find a book that I read in a Psychiatric Crisis House about 2 years ago. I thought it was called a.c. t. but that doesn't seem to be it.

It was a self help book that was about mind over matter type of stuff, that we are bigger than our problems. For instance you are the sea, your problems only waves, you are the sky, your problems the clouds.

That we can overcome so much more than what we think we can and that what happens to us ISN'T us!! "When you think about Gettysburg, you generally think of the battle that happened there, but it's so much more than that. It's a beatiful town where people live and work, where children attend school. The land/boulder/tree doesn't know / remember the battle, it's just there"

If anyone knows the name of this book, please let me know. I'd love to read it again.
