I have a strong suspicion that once a relationship has devolved to this point-where she is abusing her power and just plain being verbally abusive towards you, that she won't magically realize her mistakes and repent. What seems to be happening is that she is digging her heels in harder and will drive up her defensiveness more and keep hurting you
