You sound like a sensitive person, and you are worried you current T will feel hurt that you were possibly more attached to you other T. You also had the other T during hugely important years, and that kind of attachment might be difficult to replicate with even the very best therapist today at your current age/place in life. I think talking about it is important. It really signifies a need to be loved and understood. There is no shame in sharing that, and your T may even regard it as a very positive thing, that you were able to open up about something that holds such a tender spot in you heart. ((hugs))
