Definitely not enough support, in either the diagnostic or post-diagnostic phases. For both sexes, but females are so overlooked. I probably would have qualified for a diagnosis of Asperger's 10 years ago when my daughter was diagnosed with HFA. But I was so focused on her... My therapist acknowledges that I am on the spectrum somewhere, so there is at least that validation. But I would not ever consider seeking a diagnosis because...to what end? There aren't even enough services for my 15 year old. (sigh).
Thanks for this!
