I completely agree those are very essential. 1 and 2 especially when (more or less) manic, I'd say. 3 is especially important when depressed. When manic, exercise is great to lose excess energy maybe in a less harmful way than you'd might otherwise do, but it may have paradoxical effects.
Maybe two lists that are still shorter are,
for mania,
1. Don't!
and for depression,
2. Do not try, do (or do not)!
("Don't try... there is no try: do or do not. hmm...hmm... May the force be with you.")
