In my State it is by 4 yrs difference. Therefore if a 17 yr old has sex with a 13 yr old, State law states that is statutory rape and is illegal by State Law. Every State in the US varies a bit and each country obviously varies but you must understand and come to terms with a child cannot consent, therefore if you were a minor and the man was 15 yrs older, this IS rape.

Now whether it affects you, I dont know. I think you would have a highet affect from the other info you posted BUT to state this isnt rape is incorrect if you were a minor.
