In some circumstances the local council can help: https://www.gov.uk/report-noise-pollution-to-council You generally need to log disturbance to show evidence and you will need to try discussion/mediation before they will act. You might also seek support from neighbours before approaching the council.

Rightly/wrongly they cannot help where the person is 'especially sensitive to noise'.
It's not like they play low volume music and I can hear it kind of sensitive to noise. Many neighbors complained about it as well. But for me I can get angry when hearing loud noise. Yes, I told her once in person and politely to please lower the voice volume a little while keep enjoying her day, but at a lower voice. She did then, but later she began to do the same again. I cannot go there every single time she plays loud music. She needs to understand it's a general message. By the way, since the day I opened the thread, I haven't heard the loud music but once, which is good. I hope she is finally beginning to respect others' demand for quiet time.
