I vape. I stared camping from smoking cigarettes to try to help me quit but I really like camping so it's not helping that. I don't think nicotine/ smoking is something that actually alleviates psychosis at least I haven't seen it help me. When I'm on antipsychotics I do notice I smoke a lot more
