Sorry Margueritte so frustrating dealing with new Ts. It is exhausting. We have had 3Ts in less than a yr! Company changes policies yadayadayada.... gets to the point where you start to feel like why even bother. Hope you get thru all the background muck quickly and that it is a good match!
