Yes I took Prazosin for a couple months.
It seemed to help me sleep but it actually made me feel really sick towards the end and I stopped taking it. It helped with anxiety and some of the tension in my body, but ultimately it didn't have the same impact that an antidepressant / antianxiolytic has.
I had a pretty bad reaction at 10mg. One night I stood up from bed and felt really sick almost immediately; nausea, headache, sweating profusely, dizziness, balance was poor, my breathing was impacted and I felt faint like I was passing out and collapsed to the floor. I had the urge to use the bathroom. It was horrible. I was told to bring myself to ER but instead decided to stop taking prazosin and these symptoms went away and haven't returned.
Thanks,
HD
