CantExplain: Well, as far as I can remember, she apologized for a bit of a communication barrier where I thought she didn't care. And she did admit some of her limitations later on in the session, and say she did want to help. (Though thinking more on it, there was a bit of "I'm sorry you feel that way" in there)
