I think writing it out is a great idea. I just ended with my therapist and I had my last session yesterday. I wrote her a long letter about how I felt therapy was and how much she means to me and I said that I would miss her and our space. I was so emotional at the end of my session that I couldn't talk and it was so helpful to have that letter for her to read because I couldn't get the words out. You can PM it to me if you want. I know how painful it is to have to end with a T.
